  • We priortize vendors who attend Markets consistently. Customers depend on the Market for weekly groceries and vendors tend gain more customer support with consistent attendance.

  • 5% of gross sales are due monthly

    Pavilion Central Corner Space $350.00

    Overflow 10’x10’ $100.00

    Pavilion 5’x10’ $100.00

    Tuesday Market only $100.00

    Seasonal Memberships:

    Holiday Market $50.00/season

    Winter Market $50.00/season

    Sunset Market $15/Market

  • The application committee reviews applications on a rolling basis if space is available. Priority is given to vendors who broaden or enhance the diversity of the Market. Priority is also given to Value Added and On Site Prepared Food Producers that source locally/grow locally. Vendors who are available for the Tuesday Market, Winter Market, Holiday Market, and/or Sunset Market are also prioritized.

  • Yes! Water is available at a spigot near the center of the Pavilion. Electric is available at each booth. Vendors in Overflow will need a long extension cord.

  • Everyone needs Producers Permit and General Liability Insurance of at least $1M (that’s required by the Market’s insurance company, they won’t cover us unless all the vendors are covered).

    • Craft vendors - retail merchants license

    • Value added (consumables, food you prepare prior to the Market, packaged food) - must be in line with VDACS regulations (read more in permit section)

    • On-site prepared foods - VDH temporary food establishment (TFE)

    • Produce - Produce Growers Certificate

    • Meat - must be in line with VDACS regulations

  • No, we review applications on a rolling basis as space allows.

  • It is our goal to get back to you within a month of your submission, but we will be in touch as soon as possible.

  • Producer only, no buying and reselling of goods, products local to Harrisonburg and surrounding counties will have priority.

  • If your products add to the diversity of the Market (different from what we currently offer) and being available for Tuesday, Holiday, Winter, and Sunset Markets.
