Performers will be playing in the water garden patio covered by a tree. The Market is open rain or shine. In case of rain, a canopy will be provided. Performers are asked to arrive however early they need in order to be ready to play at 10:00am. *

Unload and park next to Mobile Recycling Unit in alley on the East end of the Pavilion and N. Main Street (one car only). Another option to unload by the patio and park in the Daily News Record (DNR) parking lot, which is across Liberty Street. Any additional cars should park in the DNR lot. *

The performer is required to bring all equipment necessary for their set. *

Cancellation by the performer must be made at least one week prior to the event unless there is an emergency or seriously inclement weather. If there is a chance of late arrival or cancellation the day of the performance, please contact the Market Manager at 540-476-3377 as soon as possible. Late and/or no-shows without notification may cause the performers to lose the opportunity to play at future markets. *

If electrical access is required, the performer may use the extension cord provided by HFM, as the plug is located a bit aways. The performer may bring their own cord in the case they don’t want to use the one provided. Please be mindful of amplification volume so that customers and vendors will still be able to hear each other while speaking. Please point speakers away from Pavilion. The Market holds the right to ask that the volume be turned down or the amplifier turned off in the event that the music is too loud for customers or vendors. *

Performers agree to keep their lyrics and speech family friendly with no vulgar language, political endorsement, or religious content. Potentially divisive or inflammatory lyrics and speech should be avoided. *

Musicians are welcome to collect tips and/or sell band related merchandise. Musicians will be compensated with a HFM gift certificate as a small token of our appreciation. *
