Sunnyfield Farm is a small family-run farm where the kids help with daily farm activities. They grow "baby" ginger and turmeric, along with other fresh vegetables for bulk and wholesale. Why "baby"? Because it's harvested at a young, tender stage, resulting in fresh, juicy, and plump roots. These roots don't need peeling, as they are harvested before developing the thick, fibrous outer skin typically found in supermarket produce.
